Fathia Balogun Not Dropping Marital Name

Nollywood actress, Fathia Balogun and estranged hubby and movie maker, Saidi Balogun have been making headlines for quite a while now following their divorce.

Even though Said has moved on and is reported to have secretly married a member of the popular Elegushi family in Lagos, his marriage to the gorgeous Fathia, which produced two lovely kids, still remains gossip fodder.

Fathia Balogun, Nee Williams, who hails from Delta State had kept sealed lips on her failed marriage until recently, when she stated in an interview that she is still married to Said Balogun, traditionally, saying she will continue to be his wife.

“If Said is married to another woman, won ma pin ojo ni (we will share days with him). So, when it is my turn on Friday to sleep in his bedroom, no one would argue with me that Friday is not my day.”
