Gov. Wike Abandons Amaech's Monorail Project


Over N40billion has already been spent on this project and it's almost completed, so why not finish it for the benefit of all Rivers people? This is one wrong aspect of Nigerians politics.


Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers State said although his administration will strive to complete projects that were started by predecessor, Rotimi Amaechi, the big monorail will not be one of them.

He said: “Rivers people have told me not to touch the Monorail left behind by the other government.”
